 Q: Does the mask contain any preservative? What kind of preservative is used?

Preservative must be added to any skin care products contained liquid. The dose of preservative complies with the laws and regulations. Please rest assured! Phenoxyethanol and chlorophenyl are the preservatives we currently used in our products.



 Q: Does the mask contain ethyl alcohol?

We do not add ethyl alcohol to the products.



 Q: Does the mask contain fragrance?

The mask contains small proportion of fragrance; please rest assured!



 Q: Whether the mask with the facial whitening ingredients can only be used at night?

The whitening ingredients used in our products would not cause photosensitivity. It also would not darken the skin after use.  We also kindly remind our customers that the skin should always protect from sunburn. Pay extra attention to SPF numbers; and timely supply sunscreen products. By doing that, it is easier to whiten your skin!



Q: Does the mask contains lots of preservatives?

Q: Is there any ingredients from animals?

The bee venom in the Silver Foil Superconducting Essence Mask is originated from animals.



Q: Does the essence contain thickener?

The mask contains thickener for the purpose to maintain stability and to facilitate the "moisturizing effect."



Q: Does the mask contain retinoic acid?

The mask does not contain retinoic acid. However, we recommend people with their pregnancy consulting their doctor before usage!



Q: Does it contain hormones?

   No hormones are contained in the mask, please rest assured!

Q: How do I pay by using "Cash on delivery"?

Please choose "Cash on Delivery" in the item of "Delivery Method." The payment method will automatically change to "Cash on delivery"!

We currently only provide home delivery to Taiwan (main island), Kinmen, Penghu!

Q: Can I choose a holiday delivery?

We can ask our delivery service to provide you a home delivery on holiday (except for remote areas) Please contact LINE customer service if it is an urgent delivery.



Q: Can I order and ask for overseas delivery?

We currently only provide overseas delivery of Hong Kong and Macao (In details please see: the lower right corner of the official website showing “the international delivery information”)

Overseas delivery is not accepted returns.

Q: How do I change my profile and password?

Please click "Login" and enter your e-mail account as well as password to access “My Account”, then click "Member Information Modification". You can thereby change your profile information and password.



Q: How to find your password?

If you have forgotten your password, please click "Login" and click "Forgot Password" then enter your registered email. The e-mail to reset password will be sent to your default email address. You can click the link in the e-mail to reset your password.



Q: How do I become a member?

To be a member, you can put the products into the shopping cart, and click on "First Shopping Checkout” on the checkout page. Then you can register by entering account number and password. After completing the checkout, the system will automatically join you as a member. Afterward, you only need to enter the account number and password to check your order.



Q: Can I change the payment method after checkout?

Since the system cannot change the payment method. You only need to order the products again and modify your payment method before your payment.



Q: Can I change the delivery address after the order is confirmed?

If you want to change the delivery method before your delivery, you only need to call our client service or email us to cancel order. Then you can order the item again and change delivery address you want. Also you can call or line our client service to revise your order.
